Youth and Young Adult Leadership Conference Sponsored by the North American Division of SDA, the North Pacific Union and the Washington Conference, this conference is designed for pastors, church elders, local youth and young adult leaders and anyone passionate about developing next generation leaders for Jesus. Over two and half days we will bring together some of the leading experts in youth and young adult ministry to give you inspiration and practical tools to transform your ministry to this emerging generation. Lets go on a bug hunt! Students learn about the fascinating, and sometimes creepy, world of insects. This session begins as we create our own bug hunting kit while learning some bug lingo. As the session continues, several bugs are featured as we explore their world. We will observe a real praying mantis egg sac and watch as the baby bugs emerge. 5184799888.0

Animals come in all shapes and sizes. Enter the strange, but true realm of symbiotic relationships, bizarre deep sea creatures, arthropods, colonial organisms, and animals living in other extreme habitats. Research and go into the field to look for some the strangest creatures on our planet. Use microscopes, look at preserved and live specimens, and dissect a strange fish. Includes: microscopes, snorkel adventures, playing in the salt pond and the ocean. 860-535-9362

At this age, dance should be about learning to nurture creativity in movement.
