Our 1/2 day young stars outdoor training program is from 9am-12pm daily, Monday-Friday. Camp is taught by Columbia Athletic Clubs Silver Lake Junior Tennis (SLJT). Participants work through step-by-step progressions with hand-eye coordination drills, stroke production, and athletic enhancement routines. Smaller rackets with low compression balls allow young students to enjoy and develop "the art of the rally," faster than ever before. Come join the fun and experience "The Sport of a Lifetime!" Our middle school program focuses on the essentials of rowing in the stable training barge and then both sculling (rowing with two oars each) and sweep rowing (rowing with one oar each). The athletes row in the training barge, coxed quads, eight-person boats, and they learn valuable skills such as teamwork, fitness conditioning, and safety on the water. Take a seat in the directors chair as you learn how to construct high-quality cinematic experiences. Youll learn how to plan, shoot and edit video like the pros as we cover camera operation, storyboards, shot types, framing, and editing with Adobe Premiere.
