Outdoor Youth Day - West Palm Beach, FL
(FSCA) Florida Sportsmen's Conservation Association 16th Annual Outdoor Youth Day Our Annual event is scheduled for February 6,2016 at the Everglades Youth Camp in J W Corbett WMA. We are expecting over 1,500 children of all ages to come and enjoy various activities. In an effort to reduce the increasing decline of our children's interest in the outdoors, FSCA has created an Outdoor Youth Day. Outdoor Youth Day is a Program specifically designed to educate children to many different recreational activities available in our natural areas but munch more importantly have some fun outdoors. This is the 16th Annual Outdoor Youth Day event and It’s FSCA biggest day of the year. Youth Day has buggy rides, canoeing, pony rides, airboat rides and displayed, archery, gun range instruction, fishing and wildlife shows to reach kids of all ages and show them the benefits of being outdoors instead of in front of a TV. Teen Camp 9-4pm wk 3 - Frankfort Park District
The Frankfort Park District would like to present Teen Adventures Summer Day Camp program for youth entering 7th ? 9th grade in the fall. This full day camp will provide plenty of outdoor activities, water days, arts & crafts, and a field trip each week that a teen will enjoy. Special guests will be invited to this camp including sports, art and science instructors. Teen Adventures Summer Day Camp will be held at Commissioners Park, located at 22108 S. 80th Avenue in Frankfort, along with the use of Chelsea Middle School, which is located next to Commissioners Park. Drop off and pick up will take place at Chelsea Middle School, located at 22265S. 80th Ave. The camp will run from 9 ? 4pm, Monday thru Friday, with a before and after care option. Bring a bag pack, lunch and water bottle each day. Lunch may be included on certain field trip days. Registration must be done in person at our main office located at the Founders Community Center, 140 Oak Street. A copy of your child?s birth certificate will be required at the time of registration.
