Camp Strawberry - Counselor In Training - SRD Main Building
CAMP STRAWBERRY CIT program incorporates specialized skills, camp activities, special guests, athletics, safety training, and work experience skills in an exciting summer environment. Young teens, ages 11-15, will gain valuable training through work experience in a camp setting including how to fill out applications, develop resumes and lead groups. CIT-TIME ZONE allows the group to develop their own athletic and safety skills through professional instruction with a weekly focus. When CITs are not in CIT-TIME ZONE, they will work hand in hand with SRD camp staff to lead games, sports, cooking, songs and transitions. CITs will enjoy pickup games in the following: tennis (SRD Tennis Staff M, W, F) Soccer (Tues), Swimming (Wed) and Multisport (Thurs). Amplify Sleep Away Camp Session 1 - Ojai Valley High School
WHAT IS Amplify Sleep Away Rock Camp? Amplify Sleep Away Rock Camp is an intensive one-week overnight program offered to girls ages 10-17 years old and is held at Ojai Valley Boarding School in Ojai, CA. Here girls of all skill levels have the opportunity to learn guitar, bass, drums, vocals, keys or other instruments. Girls will also form a band, write an original song, and perform at the Final Showcase for friends, families, and fans! In addition to all this, girls will have the opportunity to meet other girls and female musicians and mentors, as well as participate in enrichment activities such as workshops on media literacy or screen-printing, high ropes course, Dj-skills, Zine making and more.
