Camp Carlyle at Carlyle House Historic Park, in Old Town Alexandria, encourages children to explore history through challenging, engaging, and fun activities. We highly value and encourage inclusion of all campers in all activities. Campers will have the opportunity to learn about 18th century games, clothing, schooling, culinary techniques, trade and money, and city life. Campers will also have opportunities to take offsite field trips to other historic sites in Old Town Alexandria that include the George Washington Masonic Memorial, Alexandria Archaeology Museum, Gadsbys Tavern Museum and the Stabler-Leadbeater Apothecary Museum. The final day of camp includes an all-day offsite field trip to a historic site or museum. Past all-day offsite trips include George Washingtons Mount Vernon and George Masons Gunston Hall. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This camp is intended for rising 3rd to rising 6th graders. Spring Clinic - Princeton Stadium
Princeton Field Hockey will be offering a Spring Clinic and Play Day on Sunday, April 3rd from 1:30-4:30pm. The clinic is open to both individuals and teams and will take the format of a technical skill circuit followed by, small-sided games and a 7v7 round robin tournament. Princeton University players and coaches will be leading the skill circuit and small-sided games along with coaching the 7v7 teams. Places are limited and will be filled on a first come first served basis. Please arrive at the field no later than 1:15pm for registration.
