What I loved about Ocoee was that my child had lots of things to do. She wanted to try archery, riding horses and she was excited about the art part of the camp. She spent a lot of time with good friends that she’s known through Camp Ocoee and they played a lot of volleyball and basketball, but she said they also tried the BMX and water sports portions of the camp. 2017 SP Youth Camp - Tyler, TX
For our 2017 youth camping trip we will be going to Tyler tx , we will have two or three shelters to stay in. This year's theme will be Deep waters , and deeply rooted. There will be different rules this year and alot more fun , God is preparing something amazing for us this year. I'll have the packs ready to go by the beginning of February. Volunteers are welcome please inform me by May 10th if you wish to help out. All donations are welcome at anytime , or come to one of our fundraiser to pitch in. Beginning Traditional Strings (Fridays) - Viewpoint School
The Beginning Traditional Strings class is for students in Third and Fourth Grade who have no experience and wish to play violin, viola, cello or bass in a traditional class setting. The class will focus on proper instrument posture, note reading and repertoire from the Essential Elements for Strings. These weekly, hour-long lessons include a snack and short break. Students must rent or purchase their own instruments. A book and other instructional materials will be provided. Classes meet on Fridays from 3:15 - 4:15 p.m. 818-591-6597

History Comes Alive with Classical Theater - Wizard of Oz - Location: Center for The Creative Arts
This is a truly unique course especially designed for the home-schooled that incorporates history, literature, and performance. This classic novel/play will be interpreted and performed as students discuss the playwright and the time in which the author lived. History comes alive as students also create living portraits of imaginary and real characters during that period of history. The Wizard of Oz is a beloved classic. A cyclone carries Dorothy and her dog, Toto, to the magical land of Oz, where they encounter all the famous characters from the pen of L. Frank Baum... Dorothy, the Cowardly Lion, the Tin Woodsman, the rubber-legged Scarecrow, Glinda the Good Witch, Oz, Munchkins, Winged Monkeys, The Witch of the North, and the evil Witch of the West, who is determined to destroy Dorothy and steal the secret of her magical slippers.
