Summer Camp Registration will begin Saturday March 21st at 10AM. Sign up for CAMPS including LEARN TO SWIM PROGRAM with the City and County of San Fransisco. This can be done in one of 3 ways: 1. Youth Summer Camp will consist of Lectures on Hitting, Infield Play, Outfield Play, Bunting, and Baserunning. Pitching & Catching will be covered in the afternoon sessions only. Campers will get to experience Extended Bag games at the end of each session against kids in their age range and will compte in the Roadrunner Olympics on the final morning of camp. Join Shea Salyer and Jacob Lucero for this years 3rd-8th grade musical, Roald Dahls James and the Giant Peach, Jr. This musical world-premiered at Seattle Childrens Theater in 2013. Auditions for lead roles will be Wednesday, January 13th from 2:15pm-6:00pm with rehearsals beginning Tuesday, January 26th, 3:00-5:30pm. Rehearsals are every Tuesday and Thursday that school is in session with performances from May 4-7th, 2016. When James is sent by his conniving aunts to chop down their old fruit tree, he discovers a magic potion which results in a tremendous peach - and launches a journey of enormous proportions. Suddenly, James finds himself in the center of the gigantic peach among human-sized insects with equally oversized personalities, but after it falls from the tree and rolls into the ocean, the group faces hunger, sharks and plenty of disagreements. Thanks to James quick wit and creative thinking, the residents learn to live and work together as a family. The dangerous voyage is a success, but the adventure takes a whole new twist once they land on the Empire State Building.
