MOUNTAIN BIKING 201 $250 Grades 6+ July 25-29 8:30AM-2:00PM Did you know that within a half mile of the Greensboro Day School campus is access to over 35 miles of the best municipal mountain bike trails in North Carolina!?! Looking to build on a successful first year at the 2015 GDS summer camp , we are back for even more fun for 2016 with two sessions available! [MTB 101 June 13-17 and MTB 201 July 25-29] For a full week, your child will get the opportunity to safely explore our amazing local Greensboro mountain bike trails while also learning basic mountain bike repair and maintenance. Instruction will be provided from highly experienced local bike shop mechanics combined with skills instruction and guided rides from certified International Mountain Biking Association (IMBA) guides. This camp will split time between instruction, skills sessions and most importantly bike riding! All your child needs is a bike in good working condition with knobby tires and a helmet. Youth Ski Trip 2016 - Freedom, NH
Youth Ski Trip: for our 7th-12th grade students from Friday February 26th to Sunday February 28th we will be at Camp Calumet in West Ossipee, New Hampshire for a wonderful and blessed weekend of skiing and being in fellowship with one another. Make sure to sign up and get your forms located on the Sunday School Bulletin Board. Make sure to come to the meeting on February 7th before church at 8:30am to fill out paperwork, go over the weekend and to make payments. Friends are welcome! Cost is $130.00 per person this year and if you are in need of rentals or lessons, it will be an additional $24.00 each. Please make sure to attend our Brunch Fundraiser on February 7th after church to raise funds for travel and for our chaperones.

Hello, We are very excited to announce the launch of the all-new KSC and KMS Summer Sessions. The Summer Sessions will be focused on athletic development, coaching our young athletes in multi-sport environments that will help develop athletic literacy and capacity in a fun-filled setting. Our Summer Sessions will be directed by Gar Trayner, Olympian, former World Cup coach and current Director of Athlete Development at Killington Mountain School. We have collaboration with iSport and Vermont Orthopaedic to supplement our sports-specific content and act as medical advisors and supporters. In addition to this we will have world class national team and collegiate athletes and coaches delivering our sessions to provide a cutting edge experience for young athletes. We are introducing a brand-new calendar of exciting sessions this summer with Athletic Conditioning Camps, Summer Action Sport Camps and Cyclocross, Road Biking and Mountain Bike Camps available.
