Free Kid's MEGA Sports Camp! - Council Bluffs, IA
MEGA Sports Camp is a four-day sports camp for kids. Elementary kids (completed kindergarten-fifth grade) choose soccer, baseball, or creative arts (card making and crafts). Kids enjoy two sessions each night to teach critical skills in their sport or activity. Pre-kindergarten students (ages 4 and 5) will enjoy a craft session and a recreation session each evening. But that’s not all! Kids will also enjoy upbeat rallies filled with energetic music, fun sports stories, ultra cool object lessons, and Bible stories that will help them discover character traits that can help them excel in sports and in life. Register at the link provided, or stop by the church office and pick up a form. Preregister by June 24th to guarantee a FREE t-shirt! We are so proud to announce that 4RKids Capital Campaign will be hosting the Turkey Trot 5k & fun run on Thanksgiving Day! Route will be through Heritage Hills and Willow West. Start line will be at the corner of Willow and Heritage Trail. Packet Pick-up will be at Davinci's coffeehouse in Enid, OK. Registration opens October 1, 2016. Stay tuned for more info!

Roar!! Hiss!! Ribbit!! Ooh Ah Ah! Join us for a crazy jungle animal themed week. Paperwork will need to be completed prior to the first day of camp. Please bring a non-perishable lunch every day. Students will explore simple robotics using LEGO WeDo. Each week they will build models, attach sensors and motors that are plugged into a computer, and configure behaviors using simple programming. Four themes will be introduced including: Amazing Mechanisms, Wild Animals, Play Soccer and Adventure Stories. As students advance through the program extension projects can be added for those who are ready for more challenging projects. This weekly, high energy session puts emphasis on skill-building games, which promotes maximum learning and enjoyment - enhanced by a small-sided match. These sessions are family-friendly, since siblings can play at the same time, divided according to age/ experience. Rovers accommodates all levels of play for boys and girls.
