The Birchmont Fun Fest
They call is the 'Birchmont Experience' on their website. I call it the Birchmont Fun Fest because that's just what our two kids went through. Although they are only a year apart you would think they grew up in separate cities. What amazed me is how close they became. That was worth the price of admission! CrossFit Apogee Teen Power Camp starts 6 October - Apollo Beach, FL

The CrossFit Apogee Teen Power Camp provides a fundamental fitness foundation for any high school student, scaled to anyone from first timers to high school athletes looking for structured off-season training or additional in-season work. The Teen Power Program will introduce athletes to bodyweight exercises, gymnastics, powerlifting and basic olympic weightlifting, all while under the supervision of a certified CrossFit instructor. Our program is designed to increase stamina, strength, power, endurance, coordination, balance, accuracy and flexibility in any person, all while in a team environment filled with positive people. Cost is $119 per month for children of Apogee members and $149 for children of non-Apogee members Class runs 330-430pm every Tuesday and Thursday. Interested? Its all about color and imagination this session, which will explore artwork by famous Modern and Post Modern masters like Henri Matisse, Paul Gauguin and Pablo Picasso. These artists experimented with depicting the world using fantastic colors, and a bold and expressive style of brushwork. We will experience color in a whole new way while working in fine art materials, found objects, collage, printmaking, and more! Campers will be inspired to create their own wild and wonderful masterpieces.
