Tae Kwon Do Camps 2016 Each day campers will participate in one of the following themes; Ninja Camp, Demo Team, Sparring and Kicks & Tricks. Ninja Camp - Focuses on balance, focus and extreme movements. Demo Team - Students will learn the key tools for developing the proper physical and mental attitude. Sparring - Using fast twitch muscles, combination kicks, pivoting and changing stances. Kicks & Tricks - Blending martial arts and gymnastic practice aerials, 540s round offs, Chinese butterfly kicks, kip ups and 360 spin kicks. Bee Hive Camp - Red River Valley Fair
Campers will get down and dirty learning about bees while building wooden beehives at the Red River Valley Fair. Campers will learn how to construct our precut beehive building stations: box station, framing station and painting station.
