Lego robots take on a new set of hurdles as they duke it out on the track. Race the stop-watch and each other to be the first to complete all your laps without being torn apart in the challenge. Foul play is fair game in Robo-Roller Derby. Mark your calendars for October 3-5 and make plans to gather with pastors from throughout North Carolina at Joshua Free Will Baptist Youth Camp in Albemarle, NC for the annual North Carolina Association of Free Will Baptists Ministers' Retreat. Set aside the demands of ministry and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of Camp Joshua. You'll find rest and renewal with pastors, preachers, and ministry leaders who have come from the coast to the mountains gather together for mutual support and encouragement. For those sports-minded men, golf outings will be arranged for both Monday and Tuesday. Bring your clubs! The festivities begin on Monday evening with dinner at 6:00 p.m. Our first service kicks off at 7:00 p.m. with featured speakers Rev. CentrKid Camp Meeting - Glen Allen, VA
Eric and I will be getting everyone together in the New Fellowship Hall for one last meeting before we go to camp. We will re-visit each camps departure and return times, money that is needed, packing lists, camp commissioning services, rules and expectations etc. If you have not turned in your paperwork or deposits, this will be your last opportunity to do so. If you still need your paperwork notarized, I will take care of that for you at the meeting. All Chaperones, Parents and Campers are welcome. The CentriKid Camp has four openings if your camper would like to invite their friend. Non Hunton Campers will need to pay the full fee for camp of $336. Please let me know by this Sunday's meeting as I will need to drop these 4 slots by May 1st if we are not going to use them. If you have any questions call/text me at 387-7111.

H80 - Int. Teen Hip Hop (by permission only) - Temescal Arts Center
PLEASE NOTE: Monday classes are held at TAC (Temescal Arts Center) This class continues to build alignment through stretching, intermediate Hip Hop vocabulary, musicality, and isolations of the body. Level I students begin to step in front of the class as leaders, sharing their creativity, voices, and choreography. From warm ups to across the floor to developing choreography on other dancers; this class is both challenging yet in the context of a safe and supportive environment. Requires at least 2 semesters in Beginning Hip Hop and a recommendation from the teacher. ADDITIONAL ENROLLMENT NOTES FOR UPPER LEVEL & TEEN STUDENTS. Students & parents please read, share, discuss.
