Kid's in the Kitchen Camp - Mays Landing, NJ
Our fourth week of cooking camp is for our 8-13 year old age group. In this 5 day fun filled camp, kids will visit the very places where food come's from and that's not the frozen food isle of the grocery store. Each day, we will explore the very places where beautiful, delicious, healthy food comes from. Then, it's back to the kitchen where we will create yummy dishes with the products that we learned about. Kids will have totally hands on experience both in and outside the kitchen. They will learn about nutrition, sustainability, responsible food sourcing along with basic cooking techniques, safe food handling, basic knife skills, recipe reading and so much more. Classes will be Monday thru Thursday from 8am-2pm with a fun cooking competition on Friday where the kids will cook for the parent's and compete for titles like most creative, dish, best knife skills, best use of cooking techniques and more. Price-$250/student Each student will receive Hands on experience learning age appropriate techniques for preparing and cooking all types of food. Kid's for Camp 3D Bow Shoot - Holmen, WI
St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Youth Office is once again holding its 5th annual "KID'S FOR CAMP 3D BOW SHOOT" on June 11-12 beginning 8:00a.m. - 4:00p.m. each day. Whether you're an avid archer or just a beginner, this beautiful course set with 30 big and small game targets, in the hills and valleys of God’s country will challenge your archery skills while having fun with your hunting buddies and family members. The 3D shoot will take place at “Arrows in the Square Pro Archery Store” located on Casberg Coulee Rd near Holmen WI. 54636. Besides the 3D shoot, we will have food available on the grounds for purchase, novelty games to win tickets for door prizes, beginner archery lessons and so much more. Cost is only $15 (adult) $10 (12-16 years) and children 11 and under shoot for free with paid adult. Divisions with club rules will include: Hunters open, unlimited, limited, traditional, women’s and youth. Work Weekend - Holcombe, WI
Always work to do to get the camp ready for the campers. Two roofs will have steel installed on them, cleaning of the chapel and some of the cabins, yard work. We will also be switching the shop and the game room so lots of hands will be needed there. At least 9 holes of miniaturegolf will be moved to the area around the garage (soon to be game room). Food will be provided. Let us know if you will be staying overnight so some cabins will be cleaned and ready. For those staying over Saturday night there will be a chapel service on Sunday morning. Lots of hands make light work so join us for a weekend of working, fishing, fellowshipping and enjoying God’s great outdoors.

Exploring Precious Metal Clay with Christopher Beaver - Ah Haa School for the Arts
Times vary: Friday 6-8pm, Saturday 10am-4pm and Sunday 10am-4pm. This class will explore the very basics of metal clay with the incredibly humorous and tallented Christopher Beaver. No previous experience or skills necessary. Have you ever wanted to work with metal but have been scared off by the metal smithing process? Here is your chance to explore the world of precious metal clay – a fantastic clay material that is permeated with microscopic elements of pure metals. The clay is formed and placed in a kiln and – viola! – you pull out a pure piece of solid silver. Required for this this class is a great sense of humor, a willingness to learn, the ability to laugh at your own mistakes and letting your teacher drop the "f bomb" on occasion (it happens). Robotics-Maker Station - Amador Elementary School
ROBOTICS Explore and build with Lego WeDo 2.0 robots. Students will build robots using the new Lego WeDo 2.0 system. Students will learn to assemble and program the robots to learn the basic concepts of programming. Once students have shown mastery of the system basics they will be allowed follow their own path as they investigate increasingly complex modules. Modules may include: Sorting to Recycle: Design a device that uses the physical properties of objects, including their shape and size, to sort them. Robust Structures: Investigate the characteristics that make a building earthquake resistant, using an earthquake simulator constructed from LEGO® bricks. MAKER STATION Learn how to build a catapult from common household materials and use the Engineering Design Process to improve your design. Prototype a foam rocket toy and experiment with the design to fly longer and farther. Build balloon powered rocket cars to race against your classmates. Students will be building with common household materials and applying the Engineering Design Process to their work. Camp Buckeye M-F #2 9-3 - Marinwood CSD
Your camper is guaranteed to have a great summer in Camp Buckeye! Buckeye campers will create beautiful works of art, learn new games and get an introduction into classic sports like soccer. Each Wednesday, Buckeyes will get in touch with their creative side with music and enrichment activities. These campers can frequently be seen splashing in our tot pool or if they pass the swim test, hurtling down the water slides in the main pool.
