Parents, Bring your kids out to this clinic to improve their knowledge and skills in core strength, conditioning, footwork and combat fighting drills. This is a free event that is proposed for kids from second to eighth grade. The instructors of this event are Police Officers who enjoy working with youth on becoming better people and athletes while giving tips to improve their proficiency in any sport. If you are interested in signing your child up for this event please contact one us in a direct message. Again, we want to advise that this event is designed to give workout tips to all athletes!!!! Please be aware that this is a volunteered event and injury may occur. If injury occurs, we encourage parents to contact medical personnel. This weekend program allows for interactions amongst peer groups, as well as a learning experience for campers without diabetes. Educational sessions relating to “teen issues,” “school issues,” and “How-to-be-a-friend” are led by pediatric endocrinologists, nurses, dieticians and mental health professionals. We understand that networking and the support of a teen’s peers is critical at this age, so we provide fun and interactive activities such as a beach party, luaus, casino night, and a lot of land sports.

Through simple scientific observation and physical exploration, students investigate the nature of seeds, their role in the cycle of life, and interesting ways that they adapt, survive, and thrive in their environment. Students dissect seeds and then create their own seed mosaic. They learn about the lifecycles of bees and the role they play in pollination.
