Youth Wilderness Survivors Side of the Mountain camp description & registration Info: http://www.wolfcollege.com/youth/summer-overnight-camps/wilderness-survivors-side-of-the-mountain/ Adult Wilderness Survival Training & Trek description and registration Info: http://www.wolfcollege.com/expeditions/summer/wilderness-survival-training-and-trek/ Wilderness Survival has become synonymous with the over-dramatized survival programs on television. While some of these programs do provide valuable advice, most of them are filled with poor choices that, if followed, will get you injured or killed in a real emergency. Without proper training, separating the fact from fiction can be a difficult task. Our primary focus this week is to teach participants the practical skills that will save them in a true emergency. While a number of Traditional Skills will be introduced, our goal this week is to provide participants with a pragmatic skill set. Trying to build a bow-drill fire kit from scratch without a knife and without properly seasoned wood in the damp environment of the Pacific Northwest is rarely practical. Although those types of skills will be demonstrated, we will challenge you to perfect the basics first – like carrying a small fire steel and a couple of cotton balls...

Summer Camp - Half Day Morning - Week 7 - Mockingbird Baby
Morning: Robotic Golf Open Things on the golf course just arent the same since Lego Robotics have taken over! The holes having moving machines/obstacles and the par just keeps raising. Students will use their imagination and creativity to design and modify unique golf holes on most days. When students are not golfing, they are fighting for the most golf balls with Crabs in the sand trap and having a Golf Cart show down (maneuverability race and battle). Not only do you create your own golf course anew with different obstacles, but teams build and modify a Lego club too. On the last day, the 18th Hole, build a Hole-in-One Catapult! Go for a Hole-in-One! Go for the Robotic Golf Open! Note: Even though between some weekly sessions there might appear the same program names, in our actual education program, we will have different depth of technology and engineering principles to be applied by our children under our inspirational guidance... Your kids will never feel bored and never repeat the same experiment or exploration... 7135985250.0
