The due date is strict and all those turned in late will be placed on a wait list. Forms must be turned in with at least partial payment to reserve your spot. Arrival/Pickup Times: Meet directly at Covecrest at 7pm on Friday, September 23. The retreat will end Sunday at Covecrest at 11:00am. Please have your parent pick you up from Covecrest at this time. Packing List: sleeping bag or sheets & blanket, pillow, towel, toiletries, changes of clothes to include Mass clothes, pajamas, Bible, journal, Rosary, water bottle, snack to share, warm clothes, tennis shoes. No spandex permitted in co-ed areas.

Young film enthusiasts learn how to make documentaries in a safe and fun environment. Learn story development, camera operation, lighting, sound, interviewing, editing and work with a real orchestra to score your final film. Invite your friends and family to watch your final documentary on screen. The campers will work with the music students in the film scoring program during the AFA's 2016 Summer Music Conservatory at Pershing Middle School. They will be documenting the AFA students' progress and the finished piece will be screened on July 29th at the MATCH. Cost: $275 REGISTER AT www.swamp.org

Botetourt County and The Golf Academy at Ashley have joined forces to offer summer Junior Golf Camps. From the registraiton fees of $165.00 ($50 deposit, $115.00 payable at camp), each child will receive: 12 hours of professional group instruction by Jeff Sprinkel , Ashley Plantation logo shirt, use of range balls, entry fee and green fee for tournament, daily prizes and tournament prizes, free camp group picture, video instruction, PGA Junior Golf Foundation Membership Card, Rules of Golf booklet, PGA Junior Golf Foundation Certificate, reduced green fees outside camp sessions, free awards cookout on Friday and a full agenda of golfing activities. This camp is limited, so call now to reserve your spot.
