Screen Shot 2016-03-08 at 12.10.58 PM [] SummerART Camp at Van Vleck 9:30am to 1:45pm Session II: July 11 to July 22 Campers will create works of art inspired by the abundant plant and animal life found in the garden. From butterflies and beetles, to birds and buttercups, and more! Flora and fauna abounds in this secluded historic garden; there is so much to explore! Camp will be held outdoors when weather permits, as well as in Van Vlecks spacious and air conditioned Education Center. SummerARTs fantastic teaching artists will teach camp sessions, and projects will include a variety of fine art materials and methods such as drawing, painting, sculpture, printmaking, and more. Students will have the opportunity to exhibit their work and celebrate what they have learned with family and friends at a closing reception held at the end of each session. Horizon Youth is hosting our very first Summer Camp at Washington Family Ranch. This week long camp will be filled with all kinds of activities; basketball, volleyball, skateboarding, rock climbing, disc golf and hiking. If you’ve gone with us before to Winter Camp, you know just how great this camp is. How much more fun will it be to have access to more of what the camp has to offer in the summer months. Like swimming in the pool or zip lining across the lake, and driving go carts, just to name a few. Donnie Moore and his Radical Reality team will be our Guests Speakers all week and Tiffany and the band will be leading us in Worship each day. So grab some friends and register to go to camp, you’ll be challenged in your walk with God, encouraged in your faith and you’ll be able to start the new school year with confidence in who you are in Christ. The Advanced Setting Camp is designed for athletes entering grades 7-12 and is ideal for athletes who want to train strictly at the setter position. This position specific camp focuses on all aspects of setting and is led by Head Coach Jerritt Elliott.
