A summer day camp designed for children ages 5-12. It will run from 9am to 3pm each day. Children will need to bring a bagged lunch each day (sorry no microwave). Creative Kids Drop-In Winter Culinary Camp
Our 3rd day of camp, the students will prepare some fun and festive appitizers perfect for New Year's Eve! They will get to take home a selction to share with family and friends while ringing in the new year. Kid-friendly favorites such as pigs in a blanket, meatballs, cheese straws, and homemade ranch dip for veggies. Parents are welcome to stay or drop off. Learning areas: history, social studies, science, math, kitchen safety. Limit: 10 students Suggested ages: 6+ (younger are welcome with adult helper present) Warning: not an allergy-free event! Nuts will be present as well as wheat. Cost: $15 per child, per class.
Send a Deweyville Pre-Teen to camp - Odessa, TX
Butch's Sunday School Class is collecting spare change to send a pre-teen from First Baptist Church of Deweyville, TX (a suburb of Houston) that was devestated by the flooding last week to Highland Lakes Camp this summer. Normally the church raises funds by having fundraisers but as you can see...they will have to devote all their time to restoring the church. Chapel Hill's youth have attended this camp several times in the past with great spiritual success.

The Cabrillo School Daze Camp offers a variety of recreational experiences for children ages 5 to 12 years old. Camp is conveniently located in the Point Loma area and held in well-equipped surroundings. Daze Camp offers sports activities, arts and crafts, games, field trips, and more. The goal of our camp is to provide a safe, fun and active environment. Our highly qualified and enthusiastic staff wants your children to experience the endless benefits of a great camp. S.T.E.A.M. into fun with this innovative and dynamic summer camp. Villa-Parkes Enrichment Camp creates an exciting learning environment that explores the five core concepts of the S.T.E.A.M. curriculum: science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics. Each weeks activities are based on a theme. For example, during Space Exploration Week, campers may take a field trip to the Griffith Observatory, base their art projects around the solar system, do astronaut training activities for fitness and learn space themed vocabulary in Spanish. Campers do wacky science experiments, explore technology and mathematics through Lego(R) robotics in the computer lab, complete engineering challenges and attend language lessons including American Sign Language and Spanish. The camp also incorporates traditional camp arts and crafts activities like painting, drawing and beadwork, as well as ceramics instruction and the use of pottery wheels.
