Prerequisite: Hartley Level 2 or equivalent learn to sail class Lets go Sailing....Grab a partner or sail solo in this exciting class designed to get kids on the water as quickly as possible. This class is the perfect opportunity for students who know how to sail, who want to get out there, to simply go sailing. Students are introduced to more advanced sailing techniques, basic navigation and will work on improving their overall comfort with sailing around Stonington Harbor and Fishers Island Sound. Hartley 12s will be the primary boats for this class. Students may also be introduced to sailing 420s and Sonars as part of the class. 860-535-9362

The Cobra's youth football camp is a non-contact football camp that cultivates talented young people in an effort to unite a community that has deeply supported athletics and leadership building. Participants of the Cobra's Camp will receive personal coaching from TN Cobra players and other former college players, and trained coaches. All youth (boys & girls) between the ages of 5-13 are encouraged to participate. We only have 100 spots; this event is being held at an indoor athletic facility and will not cancel due to weather. I will provide 45 minutes of life skills and 45 minutes of fitness during each session. Teen and parent must agree to participate in all eight sessions. Sessions will be held twice a week. Whats Under the Microscope? - The Evergreen School
A week of science! The children will be using microscopes with simple slides of interesting items. Well examine leaves, food items, clothing items, and even hair. This class is to introduce children to all of the possibilities and questions and guesses that can happen under a microscope! 206-957-1533

Hey, I like my house.. but I like yours more. Think Ill take it! Yep, thats a hermit crab for you - always taking your stuff! Lets capture a few of them and see what shells they prefer and why. Does a hermit prefer a sturdy fortress of a shell or a light easy-to-run with shell? Well track them by their trails and see where they go. Then of course, we have to build our own houses - light or sturdy- and protect them from other marauding hermits. And by the way, whats the difference between an ocean hermit crab and a land hermit crab? And have you ever seen pictures of crazy-big land crabs that use coconuts for shells?!! You will.
