The rookie program offers repetition and teaches FUN-damental instruction for each player to allow the player to build a solid foundation. Lower baskets are used to reinforce proper shooting techniques and for players to build confidence in themselves. The West Fargo Park District is offering a summer youth volleyball camp for boys and girls ages 8-12. Participants will be taught fundamental skills such as serving, hitting, passing, blocking and setting. Participants need to wear athletic shoes and appropriate clothing. All participants will receive a T-shirt. Instructors will be local college volleyball players. It is recommended that participants bring water bottles with them each day.
