This 68 year old camp is designed for children from 2nd grade to 11th grade. The camp has a strong Jewish heritage which influences the activities they offer. My 12 year old son enjoys the friendly staff and the fun activities. He has grown in confidence while discovering who he is in relation to the community at large. Session II Individual Skills Camp - Alaska Airlines Center
These camps are designed to give campers the opportunity to fine tune/learn fundamental skills by teaching and correcting campers mechanics and techniques. The skills covered will include passing, serving, setting, hitting, blocking and floor defense. The camp will be led by current UAA Head Coach Chris Green and staff. Space limited to 48 campers. There is a lunch break from 12pm-1pm. Lunch will not be provided. 907-786-1226

Whether you are a novice or an intermediate rider, grab your mountain bike and get tuned up for some riding adventures! Learn how to ride single-track,trail etiquette for mountain bikers, smart riding and have lots of fun! We will meet at the La Tierra trails and ride from 3:45-5:30. Are you comfortable with the world as it is or would you like to be an agent of change? In a democratic society, in a business, or in an organized group of individuals, change occurs through persuasion and negotiation. By attending this camp, students will learn the basics of congressional debate and parliamentary procedure. Through a blend of games, discussions, outdoor activities, and practice sessions, they will hone analytical skills, impromptu responses, and speaking abilities.
