LATEST CAMPS NEWS: Session 4 White/Orange Level - World of Golf
Class will meet once a week on Mondays for a total of four weeks. In this introductory level, juniors learn swing fundamentals, safety, and basic fitness routines. Familiarization with the golf course and facility are also explored in a fun and non-intimidating way. Juniors develop full swing techniques and are introduced to basic chipping and putting methods. Simple rules and etiquette will get them ready for the golf course. Character Traits learned: Integrity, Sportsmanship, and Respect. 859-371-8255

Teen Conditioning Camp will get kids (12-16) conditioned and ready to perform at a high level of physical ability for sports, recreation and fun!! Program is developed by Paul J. Stugart,M.S.,NASM-CPT, CF-L1, Master Trainer, Coach and Cheif Inspiration Officer. Your son or daughter will be challenged to improve fitness & function using ropes, bands, body weight, some weights, rowing, running and more. Each class will different and will structured to develop all aspects of conditioning. Farm Camp for Ages 9-12 - Trout Lake
Farm Camp is a Cascade Mountain School day program that introduces younger students to the fun and excitement of learning where our food comes from. Come explore a variety of farm activities in Trout Lake, WA. Play in the gardens. Tour a local organic dairy. Learn about animal care. Feed the chickens and cook a meal with farm fresh eggs. Parents are also welcome to join in on these amazing hands-on activities. Day camps for ages 9-12 will be held Monday through Thursday from 1-4 pm each day. Non-contact rugby is a modified version of the traditional tackle version of the game and is an excellent way to introduce the sport to new or young players. This version of the game focuses on the fundamental skills of rugby which help develop basic motor skills and coordination, while also having a huge emphasis on having fun!
