$8 per person (this will cover the cost for food) $12 per tent, per night We had to cancel our camping trip in July due to bad weather. We have rescheduled this event for August 19-21. If you didn't sign up before and would like to go, please see Nancy Horton or Renee Blackwell. Each child must have a parent or guardian attend this camp with them.
Veteran's Day Teen Service Project - Seattle, WA
Put your school holiday days to work! Join us on Veteran’s Day, November 11, for a service day in the local Seattle community. Pack a lunch, snacks and water to stay energized for our project. Friday morning will be spent at Rainier Beach Urban Farm and Wetland. We will be helping to restore the wetland habitat by removing invasive weeds, spreading mulch, and planting native trees and shrubs! $15 fee to participate includes staff supervision and transportation to service projects.

Boys Sports Camp with Coach Tom Myran - Germantown Friends School
The focus of Boys Sports Camp is on learning and competing in team sports, including basketball, soccer, baseball, flag football, floor hockey, and volleyball. In addition, campers also will take part in a variety of traditional games such as dodge and whiffle ball as well as individual sports such as tennis, wrestling, and track and field. Team-building, self-awareness and interpersonal skills will also be a focus. Our passionate and professional coaching team under the leadership of GFS Boys Varsity Track Coach Tom Myran will help participants become more skillful and confident athletes. Even more importantly, campers will have a terrific time making new friends and bonding with their upper school athlete-counselors whose job it is to reinforce the values of teamwork, sportsmanship, and doing ones best on a daily basis. Swims at the Germantown Cricket Club add to the summertime fun! The West Fargo Park District, Red River Valley Fair and Bell State Bank are teaming up to offer a 2 Day Camp. Campers will experience the Fair form a new prospective. Each Day will be packed with fun activities, including visiting behind the scene of the Grandstand and barns, check out a carnival ride, complete a special project to take home! New this year to the fair is the Street Beat on the Y94 stage. Street Beat is an high energy drum and dance show for you to sit back and enjoy or dance to the beat of the drums. A snack will be provided each day. Please request t-shirt size on registration form. This is a rain or shine event. Meet at the Schollander Information Building. Spy Training Camp - Middle School
Learn about forensics. They will spend of week being spies and Crime Scene investigators. Through various tools they will be able to break numerous cases that will be presented throughout the week. They will analyze trace evidence left at the crime scenes in camp. The crimes will include numerous mysterious disappearances. They will spend a week utilizing the science of forensics, chromatography, chemistry, DNA, profiling and fingerprint analysis to unravel these mysteries. They will investigate the crime scene by analyzing trace evidence with a microscope, cast footprint impressions, photograph the crime scenes and design various spy tools to be able to help in the investigation. They will make a periscope, and various forensic Tools that they will use in training to be the very best spy.
