Teen Leadership Retreat & MLK Day of Service - Vashon, WA
The Teen Leadership Retreat takes place every year in January is geared towards teens who want to learn more about leadership and to get involved in Camp Fire and Camp Sealth. The event is not limited to previous participants of Camp Fire programs; we encourage ALL interested teens to attend. Workshops will include individual leadership skills, classic camp activities, and an optional half-day service project in Seattle. Be sure to check out our other Teen Leadership throughout the year, based out of both Camp Sealth as well as the greater Seattle area!

This is a time where we can all get together right before school starts. We will be hanging out on the beach playing games, swimming, tubing, and challenging each other from God's Word. We would love to have you all come back to get your Pine Ridge fix before you head back to school! Teen Spirit Quest Camp - North Bennington, VT
“This is where I come every year to reflect, re-vision and rejuvenate. It’s my new year!”–Spirit Quest Teen Camper Spirit Quest for Teens is for 13-17-year-olds, who are moving into young adulthood and who need a safe, nurturing place to reflect on where they have been, where they are going and who they are becoming. Camping together, teens develop deep connections to their selves, their peers, their elders and Nature through --council circles, --team-building games, --nature-awareness activities and hikes, --poetry and art --movement and improv --drumming and journeying --sharing in meal preparation --solo time in nature --fire ceremonies and sweat lodges --mediation and yoga Life-long friendships are formed or deepened; issues of self-esteem and soul work are explored with a true honoring of each teen’s unique path. Teens are invited to camp for the whole week, beginning on Sunday afternoon and ending Saturday at noon to allow for more time together. Cost is $425 for early bird registration (by June 1) and $475 thereafter/per camper to cover most food and expenses for the six nights. PLEASE PAY WHAT YOU CAN AFFORD. Cross Country Camp Grades 6-8 - Dicken Elementary
Grades 6-8 Cross country running is a wonderful sport! This four day camp includes instruction on proper warm up and stretching, running technique, racing strategies and basic training. Campers do not have to have any prior running experience. All levels welcome. Athletes need to bring athletic shoes/apparel and water. By completing this camper packet, parents are acknowledging and agreeing to the following. Goochland County Parks, Recreation & Facilities Expectations for Summer Camps 1. Participants, their parents, and Parks, Recreation & Facilities staff are to be respectful to each other at all times. 2. Camper Information sheet must be completed and turned into Recreation Division by childs first day of camp. 3. All registrants must conduct themselves in a way in which they do not endanger their own safety or the safety of others. 4. Review and abide by the Departments guidelines for discipline. 5. The parent and/or guardian must provide or arrange for necessary transportation for their children both to and from the program sites. 6. Registrants are expected to be dressed appropriately and to properly participate in activities. 7. All personal belongings must be labeled. 8. Each child must bring a lunch, drink, and a snack daily. Youth Golf Camp - Park Sites
Join us for Youth Sports popular golf program. Participants will get the chance to learn the rules of the game, develop their skills and fundamentals and HAVE FUN with the help of golf professionals from Dobson Ranch Golf Course. All equipment is provided. Participants must wear closed-toe athletic shoes or golf shoes. All participants should also bring water each day to stay hydrated in the summer heat. Registration fee is $80 total for Mesa residents/$96 non-resident. (Due at time of enrollment: $40 Mesa resident/$480non-resident. Contractor fee due to the instructor the first day of program: $40 Mesa resident/$48 non-resident. Cash payments only for instructor fee.) Chorus Camp - Greensboro Day School
Chorus Camp $185.00 Rising 5th-8th June 27-July 1 8:30am-2:00pm Campers will learn the basics of a choral rehearsal and perform in a choral concert at the end of the week. They will sing a variety of music from many genres including pop, theatre, classical, and even a song in a different language. Campers will also have the option of taking a private voice lesson throughout the week to perform a solo song for their fellow campers.
