The week before our son was getting ready for the camp he was planning out all the things he wanted to do. Top of the list were the rifle shooting and archery. Of course, he got to try a little bit of everything. Now when I ask what his favorite thing to do at Camp Bear Track was he changes every five minutes! He even seems to like golf! JumpStart Kids & Teens Camp - Medina, OH
CrossFit HighGear offers two JumpStart camps to choose from! KIDS CAMP runs from June 6 - 10 while TEEN CAMP runs from June 13 - 17 both from 10 am - noon. Registration includes a t-shirt and daily snack! Campers will participate in a strength and conditioning program that combines gymnastics, body-weight calisthenics and weightlifting elements. Participants learn to move their bodies and move them well, making them fitter and more resilient day to day. We focus on quality of movement before we push intensity. Regardless of age, ability or experience, campers benefit physically as their bodies adapt and become stronger, faster and more flexible.
