The Elite Training Camp is the highest level of swim camp offered at The Bolles School. This camp will challenge swimmers mentally and physically as campers will train like The Bolles School Sharks swimmers in an intense, competitive team atmosphere. What's amazing is that our daughter didn't seem to miss either this summer. She came back from Alpengirl so confident and self-assured. She's also eating a lot more salad. SummerART Camp Full Day Studio Art Program 9:30am to 5pm Studio Art with Sketching Studio Session II: July 11 to July 22 Studio Art Camp Matisse and Friends: Colors of the Modern Masters Purple skies, pink trees, red rooms, and green people! Its all about color and imagination this session, which will explore artwork by famous Modern and Post Modern masters like Henri Matisse, Paul Gauguin and Pablo Picasso. These artists experimented with depicting the world using fantastic colors, and a bold and expressive style of brushwork. We will experience color in a whole new way while working in fine art materials, found objects, collage, printmaking, and more! Campers will be inspired to create their own wild and wonderful masterpieces. Junior Golf Camp Ages 7-10 June 13th - Fox Creek Golf Club
An introduction to the game of golf with emphasis placed on fundamentals of grip, posture, and alignment. Introduction to the rules and etiquette of the game will be explained. Students will learn the difference between iron shots and tee shots, in addition to chipping and putting. Fun competitions will be held with in the class in each aspect of the the game. Uh-oh – you are shipwrecked on a desert island! Work together with your fellow campers to devise a means for collecting food and water, build shelters and bridges, and apply the science behind survival. Use the tools at hand to write a message to send in a bottle. Be careful - you may witness a volcanic eruption! Work together to design a means to escape the island and come home.
