Great Equestrian Camp
This is a wonderful camp to send your child to if they love to ride horses. The counselors are great and seemed to instantly love the kids. My child stayed mostly in the equestrian part and learned a lot from the instructors. They seemed to love their jobs working with horses and kids. When we went to pick up our child, he did not want to leave. He had made many friends and will consider this experience one that he’ll always remember. ... Read More...

Saturday Theater - Comedy Sketch Stage Performance - Location: Center for The Creative Arts
From Saturday Night Live, to Second City, to classic TV comedy shows such as Carol Burnett and films such as Monty Python, comedy sketch has always been an important form of acting. Saturday Theater will present a series of classic comedy scenes featuring these classics. We will present infamous sketches from Carol Burnetts comedy show such as the Gone with the Breeze scene, As the Stomach Turns soap opera as well as Old Folks. We will do spoofs on famous TV shows such as Gypardy with Alex Payback, Star Schmeck with Schlock, Scooty, & Captain Quirk, Lifestyles of the Drab and Ridiculous. Other sketches include Lisa & Leonardo, Barbie and Ken break-up, & the Ninja Sisters and more. AMP Camp Session 5 - SCDS
Would your children benefit from an early introduction to the upcoming middle school curriculum? Then the Amp Camp is just what they need. The Amp Camp, led by SCDS Middle School Learning Specialist, Mr. Benjamin Ford, will help set your child up for success. During Amp Camp 6th, 7th, and 8th grade campers will learn how to implement specialized study strategies to help them be more confident and better prepared for middle school. Each student will gain insight on how to be more organized and thoughtful about their study habits while also getting a jump start on the best way to engage challenging concepts and content. Amp Camp is a great way to help students prepare for their re-entry to school. Amp Camp is open to SCDS and non-SCDS students.
