We will work on the technical side of your game at game speed and under game pressure through exercises and competitions that will help improve first touch, receiving and playing the ball with different surfaces of your foot, passing and shooting accuracy, service over distance, defensive positioning, heading, finishing, and MORE! We will also build on your tactical awareness of the game and your understanding of runs off the ball, defensive organization and communication, along with how to deal with numbers up vs. numbers down situations.
