Harmony Hill Youth Retreat 2016 - Fulton, MO
Harmony Hill Youth Retreat is a retreat where teens meet together on The Hill to worship God, learn spiritual truths, and have lots of fun! This year's speaker is Brandon Speak, pastor of the Lockhart Church of God (Holiness) in Lockhart, MS, and member of the Harmony Hill Youth Council for over 10 years. Theme: "Is Nothing Sacred?" Youth Aquatics Holiday Camp (Dec. 19 - Jan. 6) - Sarasota, FL
Nathan Benderson Park's Youth Aquatics Holiday Camp gives your child the opportunity to learn on the lake! Campers will learn to kayak, row, dragon boat, stand up paddleboard, RC sailboat control, and powerboat safety. 3 sessions are offered to meet the needs of your family: Week 1: December 19 - 22 Week 2: December 27 - 30 Week 3: January 3 - 6 Camp runs from 9AM to noon each day Ages 10 to 18 $120 for a one week session (Before and after care are available for an additional fee) Each day your child will receive morning instruction on land before going on the water. Campers must wear sandals with heel straps, dress in layers, bring a healthy snack, water bottle, hat and SUNSCREEN. Certain age restrictions apply for boaters safety course. Creative Adventures at Savannah Country Day - SCDS
Creative Adventures is an introduction to performing arts while learning to play creatively. We will utilize theatre exercises and "games" that assist in developing verbal and fine motor skills. We will pantomime, sing, and dance to music. Simple costume pieces and instruments are utilized. We also focus on the art of storytelling and how we can use our minds, voices, bodies and the space around us. We will create basic props, puppets and masks related to the stories to assist in the retelling and acting out a story. Card stock, paper bags, and art supplies are some of the materials used to create these items since the focus is on retelling and acting out the story not making an art project. End of Session Performance: On our last class day for this session, Friday, we will have a demonstration of the activities your child has participated in this week. It will be during the last 30 minutes of camp (11:30). Pictures and videos are allowed. Please take into consideration that your child may or may not feel self conscious with you and other parents watching. They may not perform or participate the same as they have in camp. Day Camp 9-4pm wk 2 - Frankfort Park District
The Fort Frankfort Adventures Summer Day Camp is back for another awesome summer. This camp is designed for children entering 1st - 6th grade this fall. This full day camp will provide plenty of outdoor activities, water days arts & crafts and a feild trip each week. Fort Frankfort Summer Adventures Summer Day Camp will be held a Commisioners Park, located at 22108 S. 80th Ave. in Frankfort. The Frankfort Park District continues its partnership with School District 157C for the use of Chelsea Middle School, which is located next to Commisioners Park. We will use the facility for before and after camp and during inclement weather conditions. The camp will run from 9-4pm, Monday thru Friday, with a bfore and after care option. Bring a lunch and water bottle each day. Luch may be included on certain field trip days.Registration must be done in person at our main office located at the Founders Community Center, 140 Oak Street. INSTRUCTOR Staff

2K Creative Movement - St. Agnes Academy-St. Dominic School
In this class, students will begin learning the basics of rhythm, musicality and the primary positions and terminology used in classical ballet, all through a creative syllabus designed specifically for baby ballerinas, by Mary Van Dyke, Director of Childrens Ballet Theater! KIDS KITCHEN: FOOD, FITNESS, FUN! - Norbeck-Muncaster Mill Neighborhood Park
Campers learn kid-friendly messages about nutrition, physical activity, and good health that are simple, interactive and fun. Campers engage hands-on cooking/food and fitness activities and prepare delicious recipes from all food groups (grains, fruits, vegetables, dairy, and meat) to develop a healthy lifestyle of eating and exercise.
