Ugly Christmas Sweater Party Cost: FREE There will be fun for everyone at this party! Come dressed to impress in your best Holiday Ugly Sweater and be ready to start the night with a Christmas Light Tour from Showcase Limousine Service! This includes: Chauffeur in Santa Hat, Red Carpet Roll Out, fireplace on TVs, Christmas Cookies, Christmas Music, and Sparkling Cider. Watauga Kid Fish & Campout - Irving, TX
Come out to Watauga's Capp Smith Park to enjoy a fun evening with the family, fishing and camping out under the stars. Free hot dog dinner(with preregistration by 9/16/15). Kid's Spring Break Camp - Denver, CO
Focus and fun is the premise behind our children's day camp run by qualified staff from Enshin Karate and Radiant Beginnings Yoga. Our martial arts class, is taught by 4 time world champion Mike Ninomiya and his lovely wife Diana Ninomiya. Both of whom have been certified to teach in Denver Public Schools in the Radiant Beginnings enrichment program. We have a wide variety of activities involved besides martial arts and yoga; West African drumming and chess workshops are two other focuses mixed into this camp designed to bring fun, focus and stress management in the mind body realm. The dates for this years camp are July 25 to 29 at Lakewood Retreat Center. It is going to be awesome in every way, especially if you come! Lots of great things to do at camp including some of the things that make every camp great! Things like: Great worship times, Bible teaching, campfires, hayrides, and all kinds of sports. Plus swimming, archery, crafts, human foosball and more! Equestrian Camps - Horseback Riding - Camp Olympia
Children will ride twice a day 4 times per week, swim every day, and do various unmounted horse activities including leading horses, unsaddling, grooming, bathing, cleaning tack, plus general barn responsibilities. There is no riding on Thursdays (horses much deserved day off- try running around in 90+ degree weather with a fur coat on), but the kids will have unmounted horse activities such as those listed above and have the opportunity to play Camp Game, traditional favorite. Long pants, smooth, hard soled shoes, bathing suit, towel, and lunch are needed every day. All camp forms must be completed and received by Camp Olympia before camper can attend this program. Cartooning Art Camp for Kids - Visual Art Institute
Everyone loves cartoons! Learn the basics of cartooning focusing on the action line, gesture, expression, features, colors, textures, and values. Kids will review lots of popular cartoon works from Disney to Dreamworks. We will assign traits for the cartoon character, and then design original cartoons with those traits. Included in this workshop will be 2 days on caricature exaggeration practice. Kids will tap into their imaginations by coming up with names and titles for their own comic masterpieces.
