Is your child excited about camp but not quite ready to spend the night? Good news! Timberlake offers Day Camp every Wednesday of regular camp for children from Kindergarten to 5th Grade. Each Day Camp offers a rotation of different typical camp activities. We provide lunch for every camper, and they are put into small "cabin" groups, always in the care of our trained staff. NOTE: Preregistration for Day Camp is not necessary. If you wish, you can simply register and pay when you arrive at camp. Schedule 8:40-9 am - Check in (Follow the signs!) 9:30-11:30 - Rotation of games, camp activities 11:30-12:30 - Lunch and change for swimming 12:30-3:00 - Boats, swim time and camp store 3:00-3:30 - Bible Time with the camp pastor 4 pm - Pick up time What to Bring Wear clothes that can get dirty and muddy. Explore the world of erupting volcanoes, sparkling rocks and minerals, traveling sediments, gigantic earth movements and crazy prehistoric animal fossils. Mornings will feature fun nature education and the afternoons are full of nature related recreation. 04th 2016 Camp, Horse Lovers OVERNIGHT - Blue Point Stables
This "Horse Lovers" OVERNIGHT Camp begins on a Monday at 9:00 am and continues until Friday at 4:00 pm. Campers will be assigned a horse to ride and care for. In the larger enrollment classes, campers share assigned horses. Activities that the campers will be involved with are... Riding Lessons (generally twice a day, weather permitting) Grooming, Stall Care & Management, Equine Characteristics, Arts and Crafts, Horse Health and Welfare and Swimming Pool fun at the end of each day. Plus, making friends or renewing previous relationships with new and returning campers alike. Campers will need to bring appropriate clothing for each day, to include layered warm clothing on cooler days and rain gear when needed. Their breakfasts, lunches, dinners and drinks for each day will be provided by BPS. Daily change of clothing is recommended during the hotter weeks. Swimming is optional and up to the camper However, a bathing suit and personal beach towel is required. Meals. beginning with lunch on Monday and ending with lunch on Friday (includes all Breakfasts, Lunches & Dinners), will be provided for each overnight camper through the week.
