We are going around the world with this multi faceted day camp for kids! We will explore the art, language and culture of several different countries, including Brazil, Morocco and Japan. A variety of activities will fill our time together - art, sports, music and more! Campers will create and fill in their "passports" as we visit a new country each day. Kids from 8-13 are invited to join us for this 4 day camp, running Monday, August 15 - Thursday, August 18 from 9 am to 12:30 pm each day. Cost of camp is $120. All participants will receive individual instruction from U of L coaching staff on a specific position. • 2 night sessions from 4:30-7:30p will be set aside for specialty sessions • Advanced, detailed instruction in the fundamentals and tactics of each skill will be taught in a 3-hour session. • Specific position topics will include setting, outside and right side hitting, middle hitting and serve receive/defense. Please indicate which specialty skill you will participate in. • Setter • Outside/Right side Hitter • Middle Blocker • Libero Camp check in begins at 3:45p on July 6th. T-shirt included. Well use sand clay & watercolors to make beach-inspired art, sculpt pottery hermit crabs, create our own shades with colored lenses and make a transparent jellyfish sculpture.
