Youth Summer Circus Camp! - Austin, TX
We are so excited to be launching our brand new youth program with 2 exciting new offerings, Elemental Circus Camp and Sunday open level youth classes. Sign up for one or both weeks of Elemental Circus Camp this summer. Youth of ages 6-16 will undergo a circus adventure including age and skill appropriate lessons in performance, aerial arts, tumbling, balance and coordination, juggling, dance and magic. Youth will be grouped by age, and do not need to have any previous circus experience. With the exception of students advanced in aerial, gymnastics, or dance training, who will have the opportunity to submit an audition video to be grouped in an advanced mixed age group covering material more appropriate to their level. Fall Retreat: Seeing the Face of Christ in the Vulnerable - Dahlonega,
Sign up for the Campus Catholic Fall Retreat: Seeing the Face of Christ in the Vulnerable! Come out and spend a weekend in the mountains full of fellowship, fun and of course JESUS!! In this group please post your name, t-shirt size, and if you are able to provide transportation, and if so how many people you can drive. The retreat will be held at Camp Hidden Lake in Dahlonega, GA. Plan on meeting at Sacred Heart at 3:15 so we can get everyone situated in cars, but we plan on leaving at 3:30 from Sacred Heart in order to arrive at Hidden Lake around 6:30. Dinner will be provided Friday night, and all meals up until Sunday breakfast will be provided. The cost of the retreat is $20 for Georgia College students and $40 for non-Georgia College students, but if you are unable to pay just talk to Deacon and we will find a way for you to be able to go. Saber Academy: Beginning - The Evergreen School
Learn the code, live the code! Hone your skills! Students will learn techniques to safely wield a saber. The mind, the body, and the spirit will be challenged! Class lessons include meditation, yoga, fencing, and some elements of Parkour. As students learn these skills to have a chance to be chosen by a Knight, one must also craft their own saber. As such, each apprentice will design and build their own saber that is truly theirs to keep. Small power tools and soldering techniques will be taught so students may craft their own personal saber. Before being able to take the Advanced Saber Academy Class, your child should have already completed one of our Beginning Saber Academy classes (formerly known as Jedi Academy). 206-957-1533

Participants, their parents, and Parks, Recreation & Facilities staff are to be respectful to each other at all times. 2. Camper Information sheet must be completed and turned into Recreation Division by childs first day of camp. 3. All registrants must conduct themselves in a way in which they do not endanger their own safety or the safety of others. 4. Review and abide by the Departments guidelines for discipline. 5. The parent and/or guardian must provide or arrange for necessary transportation for their children both to and from the program sites. 6. Registrants are expected to be dressed appropriately and to properly participate in activities. 7. All personal belongings must be labeled. 8. Each child must bring a lunch, drink, and a snack daily.
