Outdoor Youth Day - West Palm Beach, FL
(FSCA) Florida Sportsmen's Conservation Association 16th Annual Outdoor Youth Day Our Annual event is scheduled for February 6,2016 at the Everglades Youth Camp in J W Corbett WMA. We are expecting over 1,500 children of all ages to come and enjoy various activities. In an effort to reduce the increasing decline of our children's interest in the outdoors, FSCA has created an Outdoor Youth Day. Outdoor Youth Day is a Program specifically designed to educate children to many different recreational activities available in our natural areas but munch more importantly have some fun outdoors. This is the 16th Annual Outdoor Youth Day event and It’s FSCA biggest day of the year. Youth Day has buggy rides, canoeing, pony rides, airboat rides and displayed, archery, gun range instruction, fishing and wildlife shows to reach kids of all ages and show them the benefits of being outdoors instead of in front of a TV. MS Advanced LEGO Mindstorms Week 5 - Merrill Engineering Building
This week delves deeper into the Lego Mindstorms robotics systems. Attendees will learn more about programming the Mindstorms robots and practice more advanced build techniques while making some cool Lego robot projects. This camp runs from 9AM-3PM, M-F. Lunch is provided. This camp is open to students entering 6th-9th grade. The Chesterfield Public Education Fund Proudly Sponsors After School Activities ____________________________________________________________________________ The CPEF is once again pleased to offer the after school activities club program for the Fall 2014 Session. This will start on September 29th and conclude on November 3rd. Each club will meet 5 times during this period. Clubs are available to students in grades 2 through 6. Please review the club descriptions to see what options are available for your child. Registration is only available online, please do not send anything via mail or email. Clubs will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis and fill up quickly! Once a session is filled it will no longer be available on the web site. Enrollment will be open September 19th @ 7pm and conclude at midnight September 23th. All clubs are $35. All payments are due upon registration. You will receive confirmation of enrollment via email. All club notifications will be sent via email. If a club is cancelled for any reason (i.e. inclement weather) there will be no make-ups.
