Performance Evaluation - Northampton - STRIDES Human Performance Institue
A great way for youth athletes to see how they perform at skills related to the sports they play! Power, agility, speed, and strength are assessed to give kids a better understanding of how they can unlock their potential. Results are provided in a fashion that kids understand and motivate them to improve. STRIDES coaches are able to evaluate potential risk of injury and provide them with corrective exercise to reduce inure potential. These performance evaluations are conducted the 2nd Monday of each month at our Northampton and Amherst locations. There is no cost for these evaluations, but capacity is limited. (413) 586-5000

Summer Youth Art Camp: Grade 1 Summer art camp is the perfect retreat for the young artist. A faculty of professional artists and art educators provide hands-on activities that expose students to a variety of artistic styles and art processes. Campers rotate by age group to different studio classes for drawing, painting, printmaking, ceramics, sculpture and mixed media. Daily enrichment activities may include entertainment, movement/dance, presentations and games that explore different cultures and forms of art. Parents are asked to provide a daily lunch, snacks and beverage for their children. A reception and art exhibition is held on the last Friday of camp. Start to Finish Soccer Camp has a long-term mission for youth soccer players to find enjoyment and success in soccer, both at the same time. No matter what the age or experience level you may be, Start to Finish has something for you. This three-stage program is divided by age and/or ability to provide a challenging, yet fun environment to find soccer success. Start to Finish has a well-balanced curriculum that emphasizes individual technique, which is the building block of high-level soccer. Players receive technical repetition in highly active and enjoyable activities. Players also learn from an energetic, enthusiastic, and involved staff that have a passion to teach soccer to young developing players.
