Coat-A-Kid Charity BootCamp - Chesterfield, MO
This will be our 4th consecutive December hosting a Coat-A-Kid Charity BootCamp! Come out to support an awesome charity, have fun and get your sweat on... unless you're the kind of person that is ok with kids not having coats this winter ;) All fitness levels are welcome! Classes are 55 minutes and begin at 8am & 9:30am. Max 25 people per group so be sure to sign up in advance! $20/person (you can pay at the door or in advance). The $20 donation will cover the cost of a NEW coat, gloves and hat for 1 child. TO REGISTER: 1) We have a sign up sheet at the gym. 2) Email us at BlueOceanFitness@gmail.com and let us know which time you would like to attend. Coat-A-Kid provides new coats, hats and gloves, free of charge, to kids in need in the St. Louis area. They are 100% volunteer run, so 100% of the proceeds go to coating children!

Kid's do Strollfit - Norman, OK
Second annual kids do Strollfit class. All kids are welcome to bring their baby stroller, lawn mower, anything they can push and they will do their own Strollfit class. Prizes will be given for best decorated vehicle/push item. I will assign older kids an exercise to teach to the other kids (generally 4 and up). Moms, please help them and practice with them. July All Skills Camp - Commuter - Kirwin/Blanding Complex
This three-day comprehensive camp focuses on challenging each camper to take their game to the next level. Campers will be divided by skill and work with the coaches to enhance their knowledge of the game and improve their skill set. Serving, passing, attacking, defense, blocking, setting, team transition and team competition will be taught throughout the camp. This camp is designed for those entering the 6-12th grades. Space is limited so register early. Deposit is due at the time of online registration with the remaining balance due on or before the first day of camp. Additional check-in information will be attached to your confirmation email after registering online. There is a $50 processing fee for cancellations. Camp will be held at the Seaton Center, Memorial Coliseum, Joe Craft Center and additional UK facilities. Campers must be at least 12 years old on the first day of camp to stay overnight. 859-257-2532

The basic design of the CDS Baseball camp is to help young baseball players develop a fundamental baseball skill set and learn tactical elements of the game. The goal of the camp is to equip campers with the skills to compete at a high level of play. The camp will be directed by David Houseton, CDS Varsity Baseball Head Coach at Covenant Day School. He will be assisted by his coaching staff as well as former and returning Covenant Day baseball players. Led by Natick middle school band directors Scott Morrill and Dave Drapeau, sessions will be a blend of full band work and breakouts by instrument. Students will focus on skills and musicianship and work towards performing several songs as a full band by the end of the week.
