Youth Summer Circus Camp! - Austin, TX
We are so excited to be launching our brand new youth program with 2 exciting new offerings, Elemental Circus Camp and Sunday open level youth classes. Sign up for one or both weeks of Elemental Circus Camp this summer. Youth of ages 6-16 will undergo a circus adventure including age and skill appropriate lessons in performance, aerial arts, tumbling, balance and coordination, juggling, dance and magic. Youth will be grouped by age, and do not need to have any previous circus experience. With the exception of students advanced in aerial, gymnastics, or dance training, who will have the opportunity to submit an audition video to be grouped in an advanced mixed age group covering material more appropriate to their level. Grown-Up Summer Camp - Indianapolis, IN
Remember summer camp? Remember making new friends, learning new skills, getting a cool t-shirt and having fun? Following a sold-out debut last year, we are bringing back the joy of camp, but for grown-ups only. Grown-Up Summer Camp is a day-long immersive experience with artists, musicians, chefs, curators, and performers throughout the campus. Activities include making cardboard forts to battle rival campers, discovering hidden areas of the IMA campus, foraging the woods for edible plants, and cooking dinner with Cerulean chef Caleb France. Cap off the day gathering by the campfire with a drink with live music by local bands. Teen Media Camp Video Premiere - Fairbanks, AK
Fairbanks area youth wrote the script, acted, provided production support for a suicide prevention video to be used on social media with funding from The Alaska Community Foundation Teen Suicide Prevention Grant and matching grant from FNSB Health and Social Services Commission. Day Camp-July 25-29 - City of Evans
Come and join us for a summer filled with fun and adventure! Dont let your kids spend the summer sitting around the house with nothing to do. We will be offering new and creative activities for the kids to do this summer. Activities will include but are not limited to games, arts and crafts, science experiments, team building, cooking, sports, and swimming. Each week a different theme will be explored by the campers. Evans Summer Day Camp visits the pool twice a week, the movies once a week, and field trips every Friday. Campers have the chance to sign up for discounted swimming lessons, transportation included! All staff are CPR and First Aid certified and we are a licensed program through the state of Colorado. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Fees include activities. Participants must bring a morning snack, lunch, and an afternoon snack from home each day. Field trips are an additional cost. Robot Mechanic-Gayton Baptist - Gayton Baptist Church
Campers will learn about the science of robotics with historical information, discoveries, and advances in robot technology. Newtons Laws will be emphasized all week and each camper will receive three robot kits to work on. Campers will be able to take home their remote controlled robots at the end of the week! This year Club SciKidz will be featuring our 3-in-1 All Terrain Robot kit and our 14-1 Solar Space Fleet. In addition to these projects, campers will learn how to solder with our LED Robot Blinker. The skills learned such as wiring, gear building, and soldering will allow campers to go on to more sophisticated robot creation. The 3-in-1 All Terrain Robot is a multi-function tracked mobile robotic kit. Utilize different track modules and make your robot transform into 3 amazing variations: the forklift, rover, and gripper.
