It's here! The Fall edition of our Teen Power Camp provides a fundamental fitness foundation for any high school student, scaled to anyone from first timers just trying to get into shape to high school athletes looking for structured off-season training or additional in-season work. The Teen Power Program will introduce athletes to bodyweight exercises, gymnastics, powerlifting and basic olympic weightlifting, all while under the close supervision of a certified CrossFit instructor. Our goal is to teach local Teens how to safely and efficiently move their body and external objects (bars, kettlebells, medicine balls, etc) through space, dramatically improving body composition and improving athletic ability in anyone. Our program is designed to increase stamina, strength, power, endurance, coordination, balance, accuracy and flexibility in any person, all while in a team environment filled with positive people. Every workout is scaled to ANY teens capacity. Teens must be at least 13 years of age and emotionally mature. Cost is $119 per month for children of Apogee members and $139 for children of non-Apogee members Class runs 330-430pm every Tuesday and Thursday. Interested? Summer is almost here and we're so excited for Kids Camp 2016 @ Christ Fellowship, June 20-24. Each day will be filled with fun from 9am to 12pm. Kids will submerge themselves in God's word and discover that Jesus didn't just see what's on the outside of people, he also looked deep down on the inside. So grab your goggles, step into your flippers, and dive in to find the truth below the surface!

This co-ed camp is great fun and an even better workout! Non-contact boxing focuses on discipline, form, fitness and technique instruction. The emphasis on sportsmanship and building self-confidence and character makes this camp a great fit for youth who love traditional team sports as well as those who are more drawn to an individual sport. Camp includes a test-your-skills finale, surprise guest speakers, awards, a free t-shirt and recognition for most improved camper.
