Hotspot Summer Camp - Miami, FL
Camp is June 8-August 3 2015 at Hotspot and starts 9am to 4pm with activities . We do have early drop off as well as late pick up. Three days are at the studio dancing all styles of dance and fitness and then 2 days we go on fieldtrips. They vary from water parks to skating rinks and more. Students learn how to act for the camera by one of our experienced directors who has worked for Disney and Nickelodeon studios, receive a starring role in their own short movie, then walk the red carpet at our annual movie premiere on September 13th. Repurposed Junk and Upcycled Funk - Ned Smith Center for Nature & Art
This camp is overflowing with creative uses for everyday objects. We will make instruments, art, and gadgets from seemingly useless items. Straws arent just for drinking, balloons arent just for parties, and old cardboard has more uses than you can imagine. We will be thinking outside the box and learning some fun science along the way in this trash to treasure adventure. Middle School Survivor Camp - Mount Shepherd Retreat Center
Survivor Camp is a challenging adventure camp that will develop outdoor living skills — specifically, build a raft to use on the pond, go mountain climbing at Pilot Mountain, learn knots and rope crafts and cooking over a fire. From Monday night to Thursday night survivor campers spend each night outside. Campers learn the leave no trace philosophy. Survivor campers will go through high adventure courses, swim and canoe and have nightly de-briefing times and devotions. 336-629-4085
