Activities will include; fun movment/yoga games, arts and crafts intended to calm the mind, anatomy education to build body awareness, yoga poses to promote self-esteem, group directives to create a sense of community and excerises to increase relaxation. We also have Mary Stachowski of Food, Fun and Friends who will be joining us for the Thursday of each week.
