The program emphasizes psychological dimensions such as motivation, confidence, leadership, and game smarts. M P Striders practices begin on February 1, 2016. Practices are on Monday, Tuesday and T Thursday. We will be conditioning during this month. On the last Thursday of February, we have our Annual Jog-A-Thon to help athletes raise funds for their personal participation. A separate $20 registration with USATF is necessary for your running number with the league and you may register at: www.pausatf.org.~ MP Striders team number is 45 and will be needed at the time of online registration.~ 209-744-1570

Enjoy time with Mother Goose and all the stories she has to tell. Have fun dancing, singing and doing craft and playing games with your friends!
