Inflatables, extreme slip'n'slide kickball, music, and pizza. ! Campus Life is excited to kick the year off by giving back!! We're hosting a one of a kind, crazy, never done before benefit for Cadyn Hanson (high school students only). Cadyn is going to be a Sophomore at MCHS. When Cadyn was three he was diagnosed with brain cancer. Unfortunately the cancer has returned. While most of us are taking tests, Cadyn will be fighting for his life- lets show him that he's not fighting alone. Come, bring your love and cash if you have it and help us make it rain for Cadyn. Gear Up Football Presents: Inaugural FREE Youth Football Camp - Waxaha
Gear Up Football is excited to announce its Inaugural FREE Youth Football Camp! This 1-Day camp is for ages 6 - 14 (1st Grade - 8th Grade). NFL Pouncey Twins Youth Football Camp - Lakeland, FL
The Lakeland PAL Youth is proud to partner with NFL superstars Michael and Maurkice Pouncey to host the 6th Annual Pouncey Twins Youth Football Camp on Saturday July 9, 2016. The free camp will take place from 8AM – 12PM at Lakeland Christian School, located at 1111 Forest Park Street. Boys and girls ages six to sixteen are invited to come develop their football skills with help from NFL players and coaches from across Polk County. To guarantee a spot, parents must pre-register their child. In this week long camp, scientists will become geologists and paleontologists as we sift, sort and classify rocks, make rock models, compare the saturation rates and composition of different types of soil and make a yummy dirt dessert to take home. Well work with dirt-dwelling insects, learn about the rock cycle, make models of the earth and mix up a batch of quicksand. Drama Club: Really Rosie and the Nutshell Kids - The Philadelphia School
This year, The Drama Club will be putting on a production of Maurice Sendak and Carole Kings REALLY ROSIE. It follows a typical summer day in the life of the Nutshell Kids, a group of neighborhood friends, including Pierre, Alligator, Johnny, Chef Jeff from the Nutshell Library books, and Rosie and Kathy from The Sign on Rosies Door. Rosie — the self-proclaimed sassiest kid on her block of Brooklyns Avenue P and based on a girl Sendak knew as a child growing up in Brooklyn — entertains everyone by directing and starring in an Oscar-winning movie based on the exciting, dramatic, funny (and slightly exaggerated) story of her life. Drama Club meetings will be run both as rehearsals (starting with warm-ups, followed by blocking, running of scenes, vocal work, and choreography) AND prop, set, & costume design and/or painting and building time.
