Camp provides both first-time and experienced students with a basic understanding of sailing in a recreational, fun environment using the LMSS 420 sailboats, which are perfect for 2-3 sailors. Students will learn the basics of sailing; upwind, downwind, and sailing between two points, along with sail trim, knot tying and terminology. This event is for both those who attended the Gathering and for those who were not able to attend. It will equip and re-ignite those who were at the Gathering to "bring the Gathering home" and to provide a feel of the Gathering to those who were not able to be there.
