Has your child or teen ever dreamed of flying — the amazing freedom, the fun, the excitement? Join professional teachers of aerials arts and acrobatics for our exciting camps! Open to kids ages 4-18, (different age groups available) campers are invited to Frequent Flyer's Aerial Dance Studio to learn skills on trapeze, aerial fabric, sling, acrobatics and so much more. Campers will work to combine dance, theater and improvisation to cultivate the skills necessary to become a performing artist. Each week campers will divide into groups based on age and ability to help us transform the equipment into a magical world of flying bodies and soaring spirits! Everything leads up to a small presentation held for friends and family at the end of the week. The intention of kid’s Yoga Camp is to teach children about the different places, people, animals, that live around the world. Going into a Journey with Yoga and learning it meaning “Union”, bringing this concept through physical activities games, arts and crafts, storytelling, puppets and more. Children will explore this Journey in a cooperative relationship, learning about friendship, happiness, kindness, honesty, passion, self-esteem and gratitude. Scottsburg Warrior Youth Football Camp is ran by the SHS Football coaching staff, players, and former players. The camp is open to grades K-8 (2016) and the cost is $40. Campers should wear shorts, t-shirt, and cleats and report to the field behind SHS 30 minutes in advance (8:30) on July 18 to register. Camp runs from July 18-21, 9-11AM! Come help build a Tradition of Champions!
