Weekly Player Development Camp - Kennesaw State University (Stillwell Stadium)
The Owls Baseball Camp Staff is happy to announce a weekly Player Development camp this Spring. This camp will be ran exclusively by Assistant Coach Trey Fowler and is open to any high school age player looking to improve his game in a variety of areas. Focus will be given each week to developing essential parts of the players game including but not limited to arm strength & speed development, speed enhancement, positional improvement, and offensive production. Each session will be 2 hours in length and will encompass a combination of the above mentioned areas with the sole purpose of Player Development. Sessions will take place on Monday nights from 6:00-8:00 and will include the following dates Feb 29th, March 7th, March 14th, March 21st, April 4th, April 18th, April 25th and May 2nd The cost to attend each session is 50.00. If you would like to secure a spot in all 8 sessions you can do so by signing up through this site. Old Trail will join the Hudson Uniteds Co-ed Indoor Soccer Recreation league. All games will be played at NC Sports Center in Hudson. All practices will be at Old Trail School: Practices will start in the HMAC on Games will be on Saturdays, 2/27 , 3/5, 3/12, 4/2. 4/9, 4/16, and 4/23. Start times of the games will vary. Practices are on Thursday 2/18 , Mon. 2/22 and Thursdays 3/3, 3/10, 4/7, 4/14, 4/21 No practice week of MS spring trips 3/14-3/18 The fee for this program is $180, and will include all league and registration fees, a uniform jersey, and coaching. Deadline for registration is 2/10/16 (registration closed) In addition to signing up through the Old Trail program website, participants need to fill out two Hudson United registration forms, provided in your confirmation email. This exciting new offering will coordinate with the Webb Institute. Located in Glen Cove, the Webb Institute is a private engineering college, offering a dual major in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering. Participants in the Sea Perch Program will build an underwater robot. The completed the robots will then be brought to Webb Institute for a day of in-water testing and head-to-head competitions that determine how well the robots were constructed and how well the human operators can control their custom-built submersible seacraft.
