PowerHouse Regional Youth Conference - Milford, IN
The PowerHouse regional youth conference will return to Camp Mack again this year, providing a weekend of worship, workshops, music, recreation, and more for senior high youth in the Midwest and their advisors. The Church of the Brethren BVS and Workcamp staff will provide leadership for the weekend on the theme "Plug In: to God, each other & the world" based on 3 John 1:13-14. Senior Camp 2016 - Randleman, NC
A few days to BE A KID AGAIN! Join us while we have a great week of fun and fellowship. WoodmenLife members and their spouses, ages 55 and up. Camp fee is ONLY $35 Trust me, these aren't "just old folks", we have a blast and do almost all the same activities the youth campers do! New for 2016 we have added a day trip to Millstone Creek Orchards in Ramseur, Thursday October 6th. July 18-21, Pioneer Camp, 9:30am-noon, $60 Have you ever wondered how the Pioneers lived long ago? This camp will allow you to experience many of the daily experiences of that time period bringing history to life. Print on a printing press, weave on a loom, learn how a blacksmith creates metal objects, dip candles and play with old-fashioned toys. Creative Drama - Greensboro Day School
Creative Drama Camp $185.00 Rising 1st-3rd June 20-24 8:30am-2:00pm In this camp will use traditional stories from around the world to help children understand the use of movement, voice, listening and concentration in creating characters for the stage. This is a developmentally appropriate introduction to theater arts especially designed for children ages 6-9. Taylored Athletes Summer Basketball Camp - Grandview Preparatory School
In 2015, our summer basketball camp program received great appreciation for our in-depth and intense basketball skill development regiment. The boys & girls who attended enjoyed a 1:9 trainer/camper ratios. Current NBA player Alonzo Gee provided teaching and instruction to youth, and our athletes reported a 40% increase in endurance, shooting efficiency, ball-handling, and confidence.
