This camp is designed to provide instruction in all aspects of the game. Participants will receive instruction in hitting, defense, pitching/catching, baserunning, and strategy. This session includes: speed/ agility, field session, functional training, small sided games, 11 vs 11, indoor session. Campers should sign-in at 8:00 am on the field. Campers should bring their own lunch, or money for lunch. Campers should bring a ball, shin guards, cleats/indoor shoes (tennis shoes), and a water bottle.
