Gear Up Football Presents: Inaugural FREE Youth Football Camp - Waxaha
Gear Up Football is excited to announce its Inaugural FREE Youth Football Camp! This 1-Day camp is for ages 6 - 14 (1st Grade - 8th Grade). Our camp instructors will include current and former NFL, CFL & AFL players who will provide a hands-on approach with the campers. The camp will focus on proper warm-up techniques, positional fundamentals, and most importantly safety training! *This is a non-contact clinic, so there is no equipment needed What is Gear Up Football? Gear Up Football is a division of Gear Up Sports LLC. Gear Up Football's sole purpose is to teach the fundamentals of the game with a safety first mindset while instilling our character-based training for the youth of Ellis County and surrounding areas. Baseball - Pre Tryout Camp - Onalaska High School
Havent picked up a ball or bat yet to get ready for the baseball season? Heres your opportunity to get started. Onalaska High School Head Varsity Baseball coach, Larry Swiggum, and his players will run this pre - tryout camp. The camp will help players get ready for the upcoming park and rec summer baseball tryouts. Throwing, fielding, hitting, and pitching are some of the skills to be covered. Pre-registration is required!! Camp Dates and Times: Wednesday, April 6 - 6:00-8:00pm and Saturday, April 9 - 4:00-6:30pm Location: Onalaska High School Varsity Baseball Field, Off of Riders Club Rd (may be moved into Onalaska High School Fieldhouse if weather is bad). A more challenging 6 day/five night camp experience. Campers will travel to the Sipsey Wilderness in Northern Alabama to do hiking, camping, and experience beautiful scenery.
