JUNIOR STAFF (JULs and JALs) Girls entering 11th grade or older, but under 18 by the first day of camp. Please note that girls should register as Adult Staff member if 18 or older as of July 18, 2016. If you will not turn 18 until AFTER July 18, 2016, please register as Junior Staff. More than ever before, kids face an abundance of pressures and stress. Mindfulness practices, such as yoga, meditation and breathwork, can give children the tools they need to navigate their life in a way that is true and authentic to them. During this special week of yoga camp, we will explore the many gifts that yoga has to give. Children will participate in activities that empower and center them, foster a strong sense of self, and connect them to the greater community. Girls will stay over that day at camp. Dinner, breakfast and a snack will be provided along with fun filled activites. They will sleep in either tents or in the main building. Where: NDP baseball field About: This coed soccer session will run for three consecutive Wednesdays for 1st-4th graders: 6/15, 6/22 and 6/29 from 5:30pm to 7:00pm.
