Specialized sports program utilizing biometric exercises that will promote the development of gross motor skills, coordination and balance FIELD HOCKEY: Ready positions, stick handling, dribbling, learning the field, hitting, scoring, passing, full HERO game We not only teach sports fundamentals, sportsmanship & how to become a team player, we also teach the importance of nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices. Skiers and snowboarders with solid technical skills, interested in skiing mainly off-piste and advanced/expert terrain, looking to improve their riding in a fun, non-competitive environment. Each day will be filled with fun stage games and activities including scenarios made popular by the TV show Whose Line is it Anyway? and many more.
