Unplugged Youth Retreat - East Troy, WI
Time to get away and unplug from the hectic pace of life. This retreat is for youth in 8th grade through 12th grade. Fee is $100. For the first 10 to sign up, receive a $25 discount making it just $75 for a fun faith filled weekend! Camp TImber-lee is a wonderful facility with 600 acres of outdoor space, a toboggan hill and much more. A special band and speaker will engage our time of preparation for Holy week and Easter. Steel Pan Camp - MacPhail Center for Music - Minneapolis
Whether youve just started learning an instrument or have been playing for years, playing steel pan is fun for everyone! We invite all instrumentalists to come learn to play pan - from percussionists to tuba players, violinists to bassoonists! If youre looking for a new, fun way to play music, youll love learning about this Caribbean instrument from Trinidad and Tobago. Youll have a chance to try out all of the instruments - from the high lead pan all the way down to the deep, low tones of the bass pans.
